Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional attendee experiences
- Execute event setups/breakdowns including staging, lighting, and signage
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team leads for seamless operations
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
- Support VIP areas and special guest handling as assigned
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible hours
- Previous event/concert/festival experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- 18+ years of age
