Responsibilities
- Manage attendee check-ins and registration processes
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety standards
- Collaborate with vendors and support staff during events
- Collect and report attendee feedback post-event
- Handle cash transactions and sales for event merchandise
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 18+ and able to pass background check
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (plus)
- Enthusiasm for Denver's arts and culture scene
