Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Monitor venue occupancy and ensure guest safety
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Collaborate with team to resolve guest inquiries
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
