Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per specifications
- Manage guest registration and credential distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Operate audiovisual equipment and point-of-sale systems
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Coordinate with event managers for real-time adjustments
- Submit shift reports via mobile app immediately post-event
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Phoenix locations
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in varying conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
- Positive attitude under pressure situations
- No prior event experience necessary (training provided)
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-serving roles)
