Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, seating arrangements, and decor
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collect and manage cashless payment transactions
- Collaborate with team leads during event breakdown
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio venues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Basic math skills for cash handling (training provided)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must pass basic background check
- No prior event experience required
