Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow with professional demeanor
- Operate audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Assist with food service and beverage stations during events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment (projectors, sound systems)
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
