Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns at downtown and beachfront venues
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service during evening events
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor venue safety protocols and address guest inquiries promptly
- Assist with inventory management and equipment handling
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassador initiatives
Qualifications
- Availability Friday evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and all weekend shifts
- Previous hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
