Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend concerts and private events

- Support VIP guest experiences as needed
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for venue transport duties)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoor events)
