Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at high-traffic events
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown of equipment/staging
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event schedules
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in systems
