Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including seating, signage, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance throughout events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for seamless operations
- Assist with post-event breakdown and venue cleanup
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to various San Antonio venues
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols a plus
- Must pass mandatory background check
