Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at VIP entrances
- Provide exceptional guest services at information booths and activity zones
- Execute vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols
- Assist with setup/teardown of temporary structures and equipment
- Collect and report real-time operational metrics to event managers
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Must pass basic background screening
