Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional customer service
- Manage event check-ins, ticket scanning, and crowd control
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Maintain safe and clean environments throughout events
- Collaborate with team to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory and report maintenance needs
- Support promotional activities and brand engagement
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
