Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Maintain safe crowd control and emergency protocols
- Support setup/breakdown operations for outdoor events
- Collect and report customer feedback to event coordinators
- Collaborate with diverse teams for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday (minimum 2 shifts/week)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Must pass basic background check
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-serving events)
- Knowledge of Austin landmarks and venues a plus
