Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes using tablet-based systems
- Execute brand activation stations and interactive product demonstrations
- Provide exceptional customer service and brand ambassadorship
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and materials
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Document event metrics and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan venues
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- 18+ years of age
