Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at high-profile events
- Execute venue setup and breakdown procedures efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with VIP hospitality and backstage coordination
- Maintain accurate event documentation and incident reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekend scheduling
- Previous event/concert staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to work nights until 2 AM
