Responsibilities
- Execute brand activations at weekend tech conferences and cultural festivals
- Manage attendee check-in processes and VIP guest experiences
- Demonstrate product features through interactive demonstrations
- Maintain brand ambassador standards across all client touchpoints
- Collect qualitative feedback and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to ensure flawless execution
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and swag
Qualifications
- 1+ years in brand ambassador, promotions, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6-8 hour shifts)
- Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and brand compliance awareness
- Basic tech proficiency for event apps and digital tools
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Must be 21+ for select beverage brand activations
