Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- 21+ years of age (required for alcohol service)
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
