Responsibilities
- Execute weekend brand activations with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate vendor teams and ensure seamless event setup/teardown
- Manage guest experiences and troubleshoot real-time challenges
- Collaborate with marketing leads to align with brand objectives
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event assets
- Conduct post-event analysis and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- Portfolio of past event experiences preferred
