Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage venue operations including guest check-ins and event coordination
- Maintain clean and safe environments per company standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Music Valley location
- Must be 18+ years old
