Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, professional demeanor during evening and weekend hours.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
