Responsibilities
- Delight customers with personalized styling advice and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to create immersive brand experiences
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization
- Uphold premium cleanliness standards across all store areas
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve sales targets
- Participate in quarterly product training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication skills and fashion sensibility
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and inventory systems
- Valid NYC work authorization
- Portfolio showcasing styling/merchandising skills preferred
