Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover
- Answer phone inquiries and manage online bookings
- Maintain clean, organized host stand and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team to maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred
