Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression during evening and weekend rushes.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing sales floor throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve them to satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
