Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low.
- Ensure adherence to all store safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
