Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, answering inquiries and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure smooth operations and staff coverage.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
