Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during peak hours.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations on weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
