Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer support during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and product displays during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and customer areas
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for Friday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle diverse customer situations
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
