Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with patience and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management and back-of-house organization during slower periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
