Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including in-store assistance, phone inquiries, and online chat support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or recent graduate within the past 6 months
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
