Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
