Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work occasional evenings if scheduled.
