Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from customers on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and orders with accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and promote customer loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (weekend availability is essential).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
