Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure.
- Provide detailed product information and answer inquiries to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist with store organization, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York City location.
