Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide general store information to customers.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
