Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting the store on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and process sales transactions accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute weekend promotional events and displays.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically including weekends (Friday–Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
