Job Overview
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and passionate about retail excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shift.
- Assist in inventory counts and supply management as required by management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
