- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure displays are neat, appealing, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to company cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
