Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth weekend operations and workflow.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers warmly and professionally.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
