Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
