Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions during peak weekend hours.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in shipping and billing.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the warehouse area, including inventory stocking and restocking.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of packages using standard warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or inventory systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Phoenix facility.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
