Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price markdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
