About the Role
As a Weekend Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for every shopper and ensuring our operations run smoothly during the busy weekend rush.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and product selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and security protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve customer issues and improve the shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
