Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to maintain our premium standards.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained throughout the shift.
- Cash handling and end-of-shift closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help others.
