Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves and merchandise.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with efficiency and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to our Mesa location.
