Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
