Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and organizing storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York City location.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10 kg).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
