Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic math and cash handling.
