Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend and evening shifts (Friday-Sunday, 4PM-10PM)
- Drive sales through personalized styling consultations and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Execute visual merchandising standards during off-peak hours
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with floor team to maintain premium brand presentation
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional evenings
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25lbs
