Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and merchandising
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle location
- 18+ years old (required for alcohol handling training)
- Valid Washington State ID or driver's license
