Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless operations during weekend rushes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
